Our Monthly General Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month, (if the first Monday is a Public Holiday then consult the Calendar for the updated meeting), meeting at 9.30am for a 9:45am start in the Grand Ballroom at the Jindalee Hotel. There is a $15 monthly meeting fee per attendee, to cover meeting costs which includes morning tea, payable by direct debit - preferred method (prior to the meeting, please advise the Treasurer or Member Officer at the time of payment), by EFTPOS at the door or by cash.

UNABLE TO ATTEND A MEETING? It is important you let the Membership officer know by 8am the Friday before the meeting so that your apology can be recorded and the meeting venue can be notified of numbers for morning tea.

Special dietary needs - please advise the membership secretary, if not already notified.

NEW: Mahjong and Board Games are now available every Tuesday (EXCEPT, the 2nd Tuesday of each month), from 9:00am to 11:00am (please arrive 10 minutes early).
